Refund Policy — Qatra Association
Due to the nature of charitable work, donations are used directly to implement humanitarian projects.
Non-refundable donations
Donations are final and cannot be refunded after completion.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered in cases of duplicate payments caused by a technical error or an incorrect amount charged. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of the donation and are reviewed within 7 business days.
Refund method
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Processing may take 5–14 business days depending on the bank.
